Raw food recipe - Thai coleslaw

Raw foods have been an integral part of my healing journey. We have started a Raw Feast exchange program in the little town I live in, and swap delicious foods and inspiration on a weekly basis.

Can't buy me love

I just received one of those annoying chain letters, that promises untold fortunes if you forward it, and dire consequences if you do not. Since when does someone wishing you good thing threatens you in the same breath? The logic of these letters defies me, and the intention of the people forwarding it seems to be based more on fear than on circulating "good luck." It had however a cute "proverb" (supposedly a Chinese proverb from Holland - apparently, Americans are not the only ones who are really bad in geography ;o) so I am copying here the proverb only for your reading entertainment.

A wonderful life

It is early morning on Saturday. I've been up for a couple of hours and the dawn has not come yet. My favorite thing to do so early, is to stay warm and snuggled in bed, connect to Source, and be open to what is coming. Today, it was a clearing meditation about being able to stay loving and open in the face of people pulling on your energy and laying on guilt trips. After a communication with such a person, I've usually felt uninspired, wondering why I keep them in my life, even sometimes irritated, or drained.
